We’re able to offer personalised apparel with your production’s branding within a secure website with a password-protected store that only your people can access.
Delivery will be in bulk to a specified venue with each person’s order individually packaged.

Where possible we are using recycled materials, ethically sourced and printed in the UK. Where we can, we also use biodegradable or recycled packaging.
We deliver in bulk to your production in an effort to reduce the carbon footprint of our delivery process.

Streamlining the production swag process
Our goal is to streamline the process for all parties involved.
Your production staff can order through our website and we will deliver their orders to a venue of your choice individually packaged and labeled.
To ensure that our products remain exclusive to those actively working on the show, we’ve implemented a diligent system with protected stores for each production to allow access only to authorized persons.

Delivery To Nominated Venue
Once the orders are collected, they are sent off to the manufacturers and made. Orders are delivered to your nominated venue in bulk with each customers order individually packaged.

View the catalogue
Browse your shows catalogue and see what products you would like to purchase. There will be an order window after which the store will close and manufacturing will commence.
Order online
Login to your productions store page using the link and password provided.
Make your purchases and add any personalisations that you want and pay for them online.
Once you have made your order, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order.
Delivery
Your order will be made and then dispatched, individually wrapped with the rest of the production’s order. Delivery will normally be 2 weeks after the order window is closed and will be delivered to the venue specified when the order was placed.

Who are these guys??
Theatre Swag was born from the collaboration of two theatre professionals, Cam Balfor and Alex Peters, we are dedicated to providing bespoke branded apparel to people working on the show.
Having collectively participated in numerous productions, we grew weary of the mundane uniformity in show-branded clothing.
Motivated by this, we established our company to curate an expansive and diverse catalogue of unique products.
